By accessing, registering on, or using the 3DXplore Market platform (available at 3dxploremarket.com), you ("Member", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active membership on 3DXplore Market, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform is strictly not available to minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of an entity, you must have authority to bind that entity.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or a citizen or resident of, any country where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, regulation, or government order.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and KYC verification must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your information updated.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active member account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts.
• USDT Wallet: You must possess a valid personal cryptocurrency wallet that supports USDT on TRC-20 or BEP-20 networks to receive payments and withdrawals.

3DXplore Market is an AI-powered digital commerce platform — not an investment platform, financial instrument, or securities product. Members own and operate personal AI-powered digital shops through which the platform's proprietary AI engine lists, markets, targets buyers, handles negotiations, processes payments, manages delivery, and credits profits back to the member's account balance.

Members activate their digital shop by purchasing a VIP Shop License. Each license consists of a License Fee (activates your shop tier and commission structure) and Capital (funds your wholesale product purchases and powers your AI sales cycles). All six VIP plans are detailed below:

Monthly earnings estimates above are projections based on consistent weekly cycle restarts and are not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on your commitment to restarting cycles promptly.

• One Active License: Each member may hold one active VIP Shop License at a time. Upgrades are permitted only upon completion of the current active cycle.
• Non-Transferable: VIP Shop Licenses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another individual or entity.
• License Fee: The license fee component of your total investment is non-refundable once the shop has been activated and the AI cycle has commenced.
• Capital Return: Your capital is returned to your account balance at the end of each completed cycle, net of the AI processing fee, ready for the next cycle restart.

Each member runs one independent 7-day AI sales cycle on their own personal timeline. No two members share the same cycle schedule. Your cycle begins the moment you complete your retail and two wholesale product purchases.

• Cycle Duration: Each cycle runs for exactly 7 calendar days from the moment the second wholesale product purchase is confirmed on your account.
• Independent Timelines: Your cycle countdown is personal to you. Other members' activities, cycles, or withdrawal requests do not affect your individual cycle in any way.
• AI Service Fee: Upon cycle completion, a fixed AI processing fee is automatically deducted before your profit and capital are credited. This fee covers all listing, marketing, selling, payment processing, and delivery management performed by the AI.
• Cycle Restart: Upon completion of each cycle, members must manually restart by purchasing their retail and wholesale products again. Members who restart immediately maximise their compounding income potential.
• No Guaranteed Returns: While the platform's AI system is designed to generate cycle rewards, specific returns are not guaranteed and may vary. Past cycle performance does not guarantee future results.

3DXplore Market operates a 5-generation referral commission system. When a member in your downline activates or upgrades a VIP Shop License, you earn a commission based on your relationship to that member in the genealogy tree:

• Automatic Crediting: All qualifying commissions are automatically calculated and credited to your account balance within the same processing cycle. No manual claiming is required.
• Retail Chain Commission: Additional commissions are earned each time a direct downline member purchases their retail product to initiate a new cycle.
• Milestone Bonuses: Team milestone bonuses are unlocked when your cumulative downline investment volume crosses defined thresholds — paid in USDT and/or physical accessories.
• Commission Disputes: All commission calculations are final as recorded in the platform system. Disputes must be submitted in writing to 3Dxploremarket@gmail.com within 7 days of the disputed event.

• Accepted Currency: All deposits, withdrawals, cycle rewards, and commissions are processed exclusively in USDT on TRC-20 or BEP-20 networks. No fiat currency, bank transfers, or other cryptocurrencies are accepted.
• Deposit Requirements: All deposits must be accompanied by a valid transaction ID (TXID) and screenshot for verification. Unverified deposits will not be credited.
• Withdrawal Window: Withdrawal requests may be submitted any day during the week. All confirmed requests are processed and USDT is sent to member wallets every Saturday and Sunday.
• Confirmation Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours of submission. You will be notified once your request is confirmed and queued for weekend processing.
• AI Processing Fee: A 5% AI Processing Fee is deducted from all withdrawal amounts. This fee is non-negotiable and covers the cost of our secure payment processing infrastructure.
• Wallet Accuracy: Members are solely responsible for providing accurate and correct USDT wallet addresses. 3DXplore Market bears no liability for funds sent to incorrectly entered wallet addresses.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies as displayed on your dashboard. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Transaction Finality: All USDT transactions sent to member wallets are final and irreversible. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be recalled, reversed, or refunded.

All members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism, and respect for the broader 3DXplore Market community at all times. By using the Platform you agree to:

• Represent the platform honestly and accurately in all recruitment, marketing, and communications — never making false income guarantees or misleading statements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and never share your account access with any third party.
• Provide truthful and complete information in all KYC verification processes and account management interactions.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing participation in digital commerce and online income-generating activities in your jurisdiction.
• Refrain from any activity that could damage the reputation, integrity, or operations of 3DXplore Market Group Ltd or its members.

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts simultaneously to manipulate commission structures or cycle rewards.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's AI system, servers, databases, or security infrastructure.
• Making false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims when promoting the Platform to potential members.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to artificially manipulate your account activity, cycle timing, or commission generation.
• Impersonating 3DXplore Market staff, management, or other members in any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials, referral code, or membership to any other individual or entity.

All content, technology, design, software, AI systems, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and proprietary methodologies on the 3DXplore Market Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 3DXplore Market Group Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal membership purposes.
• No content, design element, AI system component, or proprietary material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3DXplore Market Group Ltd.
• The specific AI sales channels, algorithms, and marketplace strategies employed by the 3DXM AI system are strictly confidential trade secrets and may not be disclosed, investigated, or reverse-engineered.

• No Guarantee: 3DXplore Market does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, cycle rewards, or commission income. Actual results depend on individual member activity, market conditions, and platform performance.
• Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3DXplore Market Group Ltd's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount paid by that member for their active VIP Shop License in the preceding 12-month period.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to blockchain network congestion, regulatory changes, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.
• Blockchain Risks: Members acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with USDT cryptocurrency transactions, including price volatility, network failures, and regulatory uncertainty.

• By Member: You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to 3Dxploremarket@gmail.com. Any pending cycle rewards will be processed prior to account closure. Completed withdrawal requests will be honoured on the next weekend processing date.
• By 3DXplore Market: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the Platform or its members.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Any pending commissions or cycle rewards may be forfeited in cases of termination due to policy violation.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts showing no login activity, no active cycle, no deposits, and no withdrawals for a period of 4 or more consecutive weeks may be flagged for review or deactivation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3DXplore Market Group Ltd regarding your use of the Platform.
