At 3dxploremarket.com, we provide digital products, virtual services, licenses, and online-based solutions. We do not sell physical goods and do not offer shipping.

Refund Eligibility (30-Day Policy)

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full or partial refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days.
  • The digital product or service must not have been fully delivered, fully accessed, fully consumed, downloaded, activated, or used beyond reasonable evaluation.

Because our products are digital in nature, once access, download, activation, license key delivery, or service fulfillment has been completed, refunds may not be granted.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable digital products once accessed or downloaded
  • Activated software licenses or license keys
  • Shop license fees
  • Retail digital service items
  • Custom or personalized digital services
  • Promotional or discounted (sale) items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in limited cases, including:

  • Service interruptions caused directly by our system.
  • Technical issues verified by our team that prevent product functionality.
  • Duplicate payments.
  • Accidental multiple purchases of the same item.

Refund eligibility is determined after internal review.

Exchanges

Because we do not sell physical products, exchanges are not applicable.

If a digital product is defective or not functioning as described, please contact our support team. We will review the issue and may offer:

USDT TRC-20

If a digital product was purchased as a usdt and delivered directly to the recipient's email:

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Store credit may be offered in certain cases at our discretion.
